Не рекомендую устраиваться на работу,особенно в цех 28 под руководством Гайчук В.Ф.,а тем более в котельную данной организации,самодуры ещё те,люди проработавшие там более 8 лет,сбежали,весь персонал особено операторы котельной,более года не работают,есть там старшая оператор Петрова которая указывает Гайчуку что делать и кого уволнять сегодня,результаты можно увидеть в объявлениях по поиску работы,женский психически неуравновешеный коллектив... .

Детство - это одно из любимых состояний основателя компании. Не адекватен в поведении и требованиях, острая нехватка подтверждений своего величия. Комичность ситуации, что он хочет все как у "взрослых". Человек основал компанию, но не дорос до ее управления. Очень резкий, отвратительный и жмот к тому же! Всех сотрудников ищет на удаленку и из маленьких городов, чтоб меньше платить. Зарплату не выплачивает при увольнении, высылая "официальные" бумаги со штрафами, у него всегда есть за что вас оштрафовать. Помешан на контроле - главное в работнике это писать отчет о проделанной работе, хорошо пишете, значит работаете. Нервы мотает как может, бегите если вас туда занесло!
Плюсы: Хорошая команда сотрудников, позитивная корпоративная культура. На позиции продажников текучка есть, но не критична. Штат лишь растет. Можно устроиться даже без профильного высшего образования, но знания по финансам и экономике нужны. Наличие базы клиентов с прошлого места работы будет плюсом, но это вам самим скорее важно, ведь вы будете получать от сделок процент.
работаю в компании несколько лет, хороший коллектив (текучки кадровой практически нет), удобное расположение офиса, не опенспейс, нормированный рабочий день, возможность работать удаленно (иногда), гибкий график, зп соответствующая рынку, адекватные условия, приятное руководство, интересные проекты.

проходил практику в АСЦ, после нее полноценно трудоустроился в компанию. Не все компании охотно берут молодых специалистов, АСЦ берет как вариант из-за того, что им проще самим "натаскать" на обучении под себя человека. Причины меня мало волнуют, меня взяли я рад. В сумме с практикой почти год набрался стажа в АСЦ. После того, как устроился появились корпоративные бонусы и возможность брать отпуск и больничный (оплачиваемые).
