Все это конечно возможно, вопрос только один: руководство поленилось заранее заглянуть в мое резюме,поэтому меня решили пригнать на встречу? Ну у меня же времени вагон,чё б не сбегать на лишнее собеседование. В общем,дальше происходил просто сюр. Видимо меня позвали,чтобы в лицо мне сказать,что я им не подхожу. Было реально ощущение,что люди собрались,чтобы самоутвердиться за мой счет
А директор по маркетингу явно нулевой,раз не понимает,как общение с соискателями влияет на репутацию компании.
В общем,не хотите почувствовать себя униженными- не ходите в эту компанию,вообще. Если руководство ведёт себя так с кандидатами на интервью,я представляю,как они взаимодействуют с подчинёнными...очень рада,что мне отказали. Жаль только своего бездарно потраченного времени
Странная компания . отправляла резюме на вакансию главный бухгалтер. при том нынешний главный бухгалтер яко бы работает но не соответствует, не проявляет инициативы. прошла собеседование с HR, прошла тестирование, потом просили подождать руководство и в итоге даже не перезвонили.
Фирма специализируется на проектирование и строительстве (отделка,фасады).Неадекватное руководство.Заправляет Басанцева Наталья Ивановна,Генеральный директор Шевацуков Константин Юрьевич,работает ее водителем. Договора с сотрудниками не подписывают,тянут,потом не выплачивают обещанные деньги. Мадам впадает в истерику и блокирует телефон сотрудника ,чтобы не платить. Разводят людей на помогите,все оплатим.
