Почему у меня "всё не так, как у людей"??? Я человек очень замкнутый и боязливый... В своём собственном мирке живу - особенно тогда, пять лет назад так было. Страшно представить: терпели бы меня такую тяжёлую на другой какой-нибудь работе???... Как меня такую взяли и оставили???..
Да, на работе здесь у меня получалось далеко не всё и далеко не сразу... Я очень подолгу и с огромным трудом всё запоминала и осваивала... Постоянно мучилась от стресса: когда делала что-либо не так, ошибалась, забывала. И всё, опять-таки, из-за моих особенностей... Я тогда поражалась и сейчас не перестаю удивляться тому, насколько терпеливо, снисходительно, не побоюсь сказать, даже ласково и нежно, с заботой ко мне относились коллеги и особенно менеджер клуба!... Меня учили не просто работать, взрослой жизни... Мне помогали преодолевать свои страхи, комплексы... Хвалили и поощряли мои даже самые незначительные успехи...
Сейчас, спустя чуть больше 1,5 года, я начинаю всё больше ценить то, что сделали для меня работающие в этом клубе.
Уволилась я сама, потому что наконец-то захотелось большего, наконец-то восхотелось жить в прямом смысле этого слова: не убивать себя и ценить, принимать себя такой, какая есть, развиваться, приносить пользу людям...
Меня не волновал и даже почти не интересовал размер моей зарплаты каждый месяц. Но и зарплата меня сильно радовала, что я могла себе всё позволить! Мне нравилось, согревало душу то, когда у меня что-то получалось всё лучше и лучше... Когда люди говорили мне спасибо... Когда менеджер, директор и другие сотрудники мне говорили, что я молодец. Я чувствовала себя лучше и лучше, радовалась тому, что я чего-то стою в этом мире, нужна, полезна другим людям.
Друзья, если вы идёте работать в Фит Кервс или работаете уже, но сомневаетесь в чем-либо, поверьте мне: работа достойная! Вы обязательно сможете достичь то, чего желаете!.. Хотите зарплату, карьерный рост? Вы полуМЃчите! Хотите здоровье и друзей? Будет и здоровье, и настоящие друзья на этой работе, даже если вы этого не хотите :-) Я хотела уверенности в себе, принятия самой себя, хотела душевного и духовного исцеления... И я всё получила!..
И более того добавлю: у меня никогда, никогда не было друзей! А Fit Curves мне друзей подарил! С которыми я и по сей день, после увольнения, продолжаю дружить и радоваться!..
Учебный год начался... И я - счастливая студентка второго курса Саратовского областного базового медицинского колледжа, сестринского отделения! Мечтаю и буду обязательно отличным массажистом широкого профиля: от детей и до взрослых... Но к этой мечте я пришла только благодаря компании Fit Curves!.. Если бы не клуб ФитКервс, не компания, не продукт, не люди, работающие здесь, меня бы давно не было бы на этом свете...
ITER Design полностью отвечает моим амбициям и той планке, которую я сам себе поставил. То, что мне удалось влиться в сплоченный коллектив считаю большой удачей. Здесь сотрудники работают по многу лет, поэтому есть ощущение стабильности и надежного плеча. Здесь у каждого есть возможность развиться в профессиональном плане, так как работаем над очень непростыми проектами класса «люкс». Отношения в коллективе очень хорошие, от коллег не ждешь никакого подвоха, так как общий результат зависит от всех. Усилия оправданы высокой стабильной зарплатой и хорошими условиями труда.
Небольшая компания,состоящая из двух кабинетов, которая кичиться громкими именами клиентов, с которыми на деле никогда не работали,ЗП в конверте,управляющий и учредитель самодуры и очень токсичные люди, жестокие и эгоцентричные.Не связывайтесь, если уважаете себя и своё время!
Генеральный директор Михаил Минайчев очень любит обещать и не выполняет данных им обещаний. Жадность на грани фантастики. Вся компания держится на 2-3 "старых" инертных сотрудниках. Качество выполнения проектов соответствующее. Рекомендация: все отношения прописывать в договоре.
